Transfer after way back was a disaster. 2 cars trying to transfer 40 angry customers. I had to use uber to get to parking lot in order not to spent 2hrs fighting and pushing with all People waiting. You ask to share arrival time, so you know but you do nothing to prepare service for high wave. Shame.

I have used this parking lot twice, and both times the scanning systems were down. The result is waiting up to 20 minutes to get out of the parking lot. The description of the lot is "50m" from the terminal. Maybe the closest part of the fence is within, but the entrance is some 150m from the terminal, not counting the potential distance 2-300 meters distance you have to walk from the parking spot to the entrance through mud, puddles and overgrown weed. Additionally the sidewalks from the p-lot entrance to the terminal are narrow and impossible to pass others with baggage trolleys. Several steep shifts between sidewalks and roads stands as proof of head-less area planning and that wheel chair users and people with trolleys in best case have to struggle hard to make it between the terminal and the parking lot.

Už jsme u vás parkovali na jaře a byli jsme velmi spokojeni se vším a proto jsme si zvolili parking u vás, i když jsou i jiné a blíže letišti. Při cestě na letiště bylo všechno v pořádku, ale při zpáteční to bylo strašné. Nejdříve nás řidič nechal čekat zhruba 20 minut, možná i déle a po příjezdu nám vynadal, že jsme měli čekat u Boltu a ne tam, jak jsme byli poprvé, tedy u odletu. A cesta na parkoviště jedná velká tragédie, pán už byl sice starší, ale asi by si měl zopakovat autoškolu anebo aspoň kurz slušně jízdy a slušného chování... Byl to styl hodně plynu- brzda... Bylo to horší než celý několikahodinový let...Takze bohužel příští parking budeme nejspíš zvažovat někde jinde.

I could not find the parking lot.. I called the number provided and the man I talked to barely spoke Polish … so I had to purchase a new parking spot at a different parking lot and my money has not been returned to me even though I did not use that parking spot because the adress provided was wrong

Instant Shuttle: The moment I parked, I was transferred directly to the airport terminal without having to wait around. Outstanding Crisis Management: Flight delays are usually a headache, but the team here made my return hassle-free. When my flight was delayed, the staff immediately arranged English-speaking assistance to make sure communication was crystal clear. Prompt Pickup: Before I even had time to worry, the operator appeared right on time at the terminal to pick me up and bring me back to my car. Všetko bolo super až na transfer z letiska na parkovisko. Čakali sme viac ako 40 minút. Autá sa otáčali, ale mali veľa klientov. Asi by to chcelo väčšie auto. Inak nemám čo vytknúť.

The parking place was very good. Transfer was also good and efficient. Only bad thing is communication on phone. Poor english language mixed with polish and russian. It was quite hard to understand because during a conversation on phone, a person was also speaking with someone in background in polish then hanging up phone without any basic manners like: see you soon or goodbye which made conversation very confusing and unclear. During a hard time communicating, heard some swearing and angry phrases... The drivers were polite and nice.

Veľmi dobré odvoz na letisko trval 15 min lebo boli trochu kolóny a cestou naspäť +-8 minút a po pristátí som zavoalal a za pár minút prišiel odvoz.

Very disappointing experience at this parking lot. The night I came, older man, staff member was very polite, spoke English, and clearly explained what to do and where to wait when returning to the airport. The day I came, I called for driver to take me to parking lot. Unfortunately, the situation with another employee was completely different. He spoke only Polish, so I translated a message into Polish and sent it, but received no response. When I called again, I was shouted at, laughed at, and no effort was made to help and resolve the situation. In the end, I had to call a taxi and wait outside in the rain until someone finally came and let me into the parking area. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

Well. My return from airport to car park was briliant, no issue ,easy ,quick. But when I arrive that was abig dissapiontment. When I arrived barier didn't open automaticly , so I press button and took a ticket. I was a first time in this car park. When I went office and I've tried explaind what happend and asked if that will be a problem , that lad he was so unhelpfull , becaouse he have to cancel my ticket now and he have booking in system already. He have to spend 30 min to fix that issue . Like in komunism. What that issue is o my god. He need to siting in computer now. I just made mistake , i said sorry but he had so big problem with that. I never seen guy so upset and dissapointed because someone did a mistake . That is his job. Also when I asked how will be looks my return , his answer was so ignorant . " Did you recive your email, you should read" I dont know who give him this job . That guy was about 50 years old. I will never come back to that car park . Somone should teach him how to speak with customers. We got 2026 not 1970 year. I hope someone give him lesson how to talk .
